Fresh Produce Policy

As mangoes are perishable products, refunds and replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives significantly damaged, spoiled, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

Replacement Eligibility

We may offer a replacement or store credit if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived significantly damaged
  • The product was spoiled upon arrival

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Natural variations in color, shape, or size
  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
  • Failure to receive the order due to incorrect information provided by the customer
